Vacancy: All-round forwarder

Introduction

We are E-Freight Forwarding, an all-round logistics service provider. We are located in Vianen and are looking for an experienced All-round Air Freight Forwarder. Knowledge of sea freight is a plus!

What are you going to do?

As an Air Freight Forwarder, you ensure that the correct documentation is always available for the execution of transport, invoicing and customs actions. You make quotations and follow them up and ensure correct registration of any additional costs. You also check the purchase invoices. You also coordinate, monitor and arrange the follow-up of shipments and deadlines.

You book with airlines and road carriers and you ensure that problems or irregularities are resolved in a timely manner and you maintain contact with all parties involved to keep everyone informed of the status of shipments. In short, a challenging and varied position!

What do we ask of you?

At least completed MBO 4 training in logistics direction; at least 2 years of demonstrable experience as an All-round Air Freight Forwarder; Good communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude; Knowledge of Import and Export processes and the associated documents; Good command of the Dutch and English language; Furthermore you are stress-resistant and have a flexible attitude; you also live in the Utrecht/Vianen area.
